Question
I think i have add but im not sure ive always had trouble reading and even now if i force myself to read i have to make sure i dont just read and forget what i just read by that i mean just reading words but not understanding what was read in my head and thats with things i want to read otherwise i genrally wont read things i dont wanna and i"m always fidgeting like with my leg i almost always am shaking it but its hard for me to figure out because i also have ocd and also social anxiety disorder(i think thats whats its called) i have a gut feeling but the doc i go to doesn't not think i have but doesn't necessarily think i have it is it possibe i have a specific type i dont know what to do i want to read books but its extremely hard to focus i have to like count pages and say im gonna get this amount done untill i can put down book but even then its hard to do that

From your descripton you obviously do have a problem needing treatment. It is very likely ADHD. Your only course is to  see a medical ADHD expert, to finally diagnose and treat your condition. ADHD is a treatable condition and may be linked to other conditions like OCD. Neglected ADHD will certainly cause anxiety!
