AnswerFrom your descripton you obviously do have a problem needing treatment. It is very likely ADHD. Your only course is to see a medical ADHD expert, to finally diagnose and treat your condition. ADHD is a treatable condition and may be linked to other conditions like OCD. Neglected ADHD will certainly cause anxiety!
