Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)/ADD worsening/increase dosage?

Question
I'm not sure if your going to answer my question since I'm 15 but here it is. I was diagnosed with ADD by a neurologist who tested me and whatnot when I was 8 or 9. I had been on 20mg of aderall till 10th grade. I then switched to Vyvanse 30mg and when I felt my ADD had worsened it got switched to 40mg. At this time I was going to a very challenging school which made me depressed but not like the clinical illness or anything because I am a happy person. I thought I was stressed so it was my environment so I got switched to a better less challenging school. Although my grades are now fantastic and I'm happy, I still feel horribly ADD and that it might be worsening a little if thats possible or just as bad as before. I am a naturally very thin person so my doctor is hesitant because of possible appetite loss but I haven't at all. Does ADD ever get worse over time? And also my friend whose a little heavier than me went to the doctor and said she couldn't concentrate so she got the same meds as me and I know her well enough that I can guarantee she doesn't have it. She never got a proper diagnose and I guess it makes me a little confused.

Answer
As ADHD/ADD can be a problem if not trearted correctly, I suggest you  get a second opinion to inform you fully and to treat you to your satisfaction. The condition needs constant revision as it does change depending on age, situation and circumstances. Weight is never a problem in the long run.
