I really need your help. please do reply. Thank you!

Answer
Your problem won't go away simply.  It has to be attacked and worked on for a long time.  Organization is the key with a calendar of events leading to completion.  For example, in my doctorate courses that I am taking now, I evaluate from the syllabi what I have to do.  I then calendar what I am going to read and when I will do the assignments.  I stay firm on those dates and trick my mind into thinking they are firm deadlines, when in fact they are arbitrary.

Any time you can block out time, then work on that Thesis, you have gained.  Excuses can't be considered...each block is a deadline.  Do that and you might get done.

Another strategy I have used when I write books is to hire a Personal Coach.  I meet regularly with that person whose job is to help me schedule out what has to be done to get me to completion.  That has been very effective for that purpose, pretty expensive, but it works.  If you know someone who would do it for less, all the better.

That is what I would suggest, is one of the two!
