Question
Can a child have ADHD and not be hyper in class< but at home be bouncing off the walls? He's been pre-diagnosed with ADD,but few signs of the hyperness at school. He does ok sometimes, but this is with absolutely no sugar or caffine in his diet. As soon as you add any sugar, he gets extremely hyper.

Answer
I am not medically qualified so I do think that you should speak to the doctor about things

However yes this can often happen and many children are very much like this

If you would like to check out my main site at www.adders.org and perhaps look in to the forums I am sure that you will see that many other parents have very similar problems as this

Hope this helps
