Answer
Memory is something that you can learn techniques to assist with, like lists, palm devices, etc., basically, systems that help you remember things, especially details.  There are some things that could help.  Some ADHD adults find much better memory when they take Aderol, (time released Ritalin), others say it makes no difference.  Others find that diet can help, like eliminating artifical dyes, sugars, preservatives from their diet.  I personally take a weird supplement twice daily.  I actually started doing it to help with my digestive system, but it seems to help my memory.  I take a warm cup of water (1 min to 1 min 10 sec in the microwave) add 1 tspn of pure Apple Cider Vinegar and a tspn of non-processed (never heated) honey.  The ACV has to be unprocessed, with "mother" in it.  I get it from Bragg, bragg.com.  That makes my whole digestive system work better, cleansed the system, and thus, because I feel so much better, my failing memory significantly improved.  I would go on the web and find Dr. Daniel Amen through a google search...his clinics have done pioneering work with aduld adhd and offer a great deal of information that may help with your adhd.

Good luck...Norm
