Answer -
Dear Shazia,
Perhaps all this medication she is taking is actually causing the problem, rather than helping it. I do have some suggestions as to the type of doctor that might help her and also some things I can recommend for her to do each day, but I need to know if you live in the United States or not so that I know what to recommend. Please do a followup question with the reply.

AnswerDear Shazia,
Since you are not in the United States I am limited as to my suggestions. If you were here I would suggest a good doctor that does alternative healing, rather than traditional medicine but I do not know what is available there.
I do know, that the brain needs positive expression and creative expression. I recommend that she write a lot. I recommend that she write stories. This will provide an outlet of creative expression. People who talk a lot tend to need to have creative expression.
Does she play a musical instrument? Playing a musical instrument, especially the piano which uses both hands balances the brain. Dancing is also another form of positive expression that provides an outlet for a lot of thinking being inside the brain that needs to get out.
I wish I could be more help. If any of this helps please let me know. I would be interested to know if it works when someone is on a lot of medication.
Best wishes,
