I can personally say that Ritalin can cause people to sleep I'm not sure if it's because of a certian type of ADHD but I have diagnoised with ADHD since second grade and I have had sleeping problems and I was not using Ritalin before but he presribed Ritalin to me to hep me sleep and some reason the Ritalin helped me sleep so yes for some reason some people can and do get sleepy for using Ritalin I am not sure why though
