Question
i have a son that is hyper active he's starting to get the point i can't control him any more. he's 5 in and in school all day, his teachers are having a hard time controling him in class. he has been susupended twice already. i just don't know what to do with him anymore as far as school goes. he is currently being tested for add/adhd which he has no attention span. i'm just running out of options with him and want to know where to turn.

Thanks for asking me your question. I'm sorry that I don't have many suggestions for you right now because I don't know what methods you have tried and I don't know what kind of behaviors your son has.
I may be able to give you more suggestions once I know these things and also afer you receive a diagnosis for you son's challenging behaviors.
Do also tell me what you know about AD/HD and what you need to know from me.

My expertise is both personal and professional. I am an adult with Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder, and I am an ASHA certified Speech-language pathologist. I worked in the school system, giving direct theraputic servies to children with both language difficulties and attention deficit disorder.
