Dear Dr. Dennis W. Neder,
I've been eyeing on this one guy who was in one of my class in the first semester. I didnt know him but I decided to get to know him so I send him messages on FACEBOOK once in a while but we never get to talk face-to-face. He didnt really say much but he reply back most of the time. But this second semester, I have another class with him and he talked to me in person and spend more time talking to me and his best friend(who is in the same class) has talked to me also. I think he is taken so i asked him, and he said: No no no, im not taken but im kind of seeing someone right now but NOT REALLY...
He talked to me more and has even help me with my homework.....
I dont know what is going on, is he interested or is he just messing around? or what does he want?
Please give me an answer asap...thanks so much for your time and help...

I don't know what he wants since I don't read minds. All I can tell you is to repeat what he's said. He's not taken but he's seeing someone right now, but not really.

That doesn't make any more sense to me than it does to you - and you were the one talking to him!

Forget all of this supposition as to whether he's available or not. Any guy would make themselves available for the right girl. Go to him and invite him out for a drink or coffee just to get to know him a little better and stop worrying about whether he's available or not.
