I have recently started a new job. There is a guy who works there who I'm extremely attracted to.
We do make a lot of eye contact and i'm hoping he may feel something similar.
Can you please tell me how I can let him no I want him and any ideas on how to win him.

Well this is the good news and the bad news.  The good news is that you have the perfect opportunity, because you are around him daily (and ran into him in the first place!).  The bad news is that romance at work is tricky, and some men just avoid it as a rule, because of complications.  Some women do too!  It can really blow up in your face.  However, we have seen work romances.  Love has a way ...

The best thing to do is remain pleasant and receptive.  It is always better if the guy makes the moves.  Surely you know how to flirt just a bit (keep it VERY low key in the workplace).  If not, write me at sdunn@susandunn.cc for some coaching.

He will have plenty of chance to observe you as you are and that's a great way to get to know someone (and vice versa).    Because it's in the workplace, I would remain pleasant and receptive when he comes around, maybe a little flirt to the eye contact (look at him, then look down), and just be aware that he's around.  If he's interested, he'll figure it out.  There isn't a man on earth won't make his move if he's interested.  In other words just be you - but the best you.  Be dressed nice and looking your best, conduct yourself well, and be ready.  It's about 'attracting' not demanding or forcing something to happen.
