okay there's a guy a really like who kinda knows i like him (this itch told him) and still he acts like he dosen't and that kinda makes me angry cause i don't want to be just friends with him what do i do and how do i grab his attention without seeming to desperate cause i really want him to like me

Answer
Attraction is a subtle thing - being friendly when around him, flirting lightly (look up flirting on wiki).  You can't make someone be attracted to you if he is not.  But you can do the best you can.  Nothing heavy would work.  Like initiate a conversation, be pleasant, etc.
