How to Attract the Man of Your Dreams/Lonely

Question
I am a 30-year-old single mother of 2 amazing children. I have a college degree, a good, stable job and own my own home. My divorce was 3 years ago. I want to move on with my life. I have had a lot of difficulty in meeting men in general. My friends say I am a great catch. I'm attractive, interesting to talk to and a great mother. I like to get out and have fun. I don't like the idea of meeting people in a bar scene or onlline. I've been set up by friends, nothing has worked out. I understand that I'm not going to hit it off with every single man I go out with. But more often than not, these guys just stop calling out of nowhere, after what I would consider a great date. Why do men do that? What am i doing wrong? What are good ways to meet decent men my age?

Answer
Dear phoebe, this is Siri.  My husband Dr. Dan and I do our work together and I wanted to help you out.

My husband talks a lot about this in his book, How to attract the person of your dreams and keep them.  He would say it's important to first get clear of what you want, clarity is power. We have our coaching clients make a list of what they want their relationship to be like in detail.  Then if possible find some sort of thing to sign up for.  It could be a hobby, a sport, a church group, really anything that sparks your interest where you can meet people.  If you want to meet someone that is into art then sign up for a art class and be around people that do art.

And of course be patient because once you get clear of what you want then you must have faith that it's on it's way.  Sometimes these things just take a little time.

We would love to go deeper into it here but it would take me at least 30-40 min to answer and we get 10 questions a day here and can only commit to answering in 10 min max.

Here are 2 options we can offer you.

#1 I can offer you a free 30 min Relationship Coaching session over
the phone so we can go deeper into this and see what we can do.

#2 you can call into my weekly "Ask The Real Love Guru" radio show
and I can answer it on there in more detail. Sometimes I take a
written question from here and answer it on the show too. So make sure
to tune in to see if I answer a similar question or your question.
