hi susan
what is ugly duckling syndrome because i have i think.
i know how the ugly duckling felt in the story every one treat him badly i know how he feels .guys treat me like .it no wounder i havae such low self estreem because of them.
can you help me.i never bloomsed in to beautiful swan like other girls have become.i am a permented ugly duclking every a nerdy guy rejected me.i am more like ugly betty and glasses and all.
is there any help for me?

Of course there is.  Everyone is beautiful in some way.  COncentrate on your good points.  And also, as I've said before, men aren't everything.  How about your work?  And are you exercising and things like that to keep yourself in shape.  These are win-win things.  There are men who are interested in inner qualities, like a good person and a kind person, and someone who would make a good wife.  Whatever our 'looks' are - they will change.  There are other more important things to concentrate on.  
Be kind to yourself, and be positive.
