Question
How to get a date with a guy? I am a little bit shy ... so it is hard for me to ask a guy out. The thing is that guys don't seem to be interested in me. I am not ugly, at least I think I am not. I get a long with people and I can talk with guys(but not ask them out). I am 20 years old and I never had a date.(Believe it or not) So how do I catch guys attention and interest?

First of all, if you read my column here, you know that I don't recommend asking guys out.
I can't imagine why you have not had a date, and you don't say enough here for me to even speculate. I'm wondering if you have opportunity to be around men ... or maybe you don't act interested yourself, in guys, I mean.
You may have gotten discouraged about it, and are sending off signals like that, where you don't even expect to be asked out. Is this what you mean by "a little bit shy?"
The best I can do here is to tell to watch girls who flirt and seem to get men's attention. It has less to do with looks than with their behavior. And here is an article from wikipedia on flirting that you might take a look at:

Beat in mind that this, like anything else, takes practice. When learning something new, it's typical to do too much, then too little ... so don't get discouraged. Just keep learning.
