Question
I am in a long distance relationship with my babys father. And right now he is messing up and violated probation, and is on the run. He needs to come down here but doesnt have the money to do so right now. There are some days when he wont pick up his phone at all and it drives me crazy wondering what the hell he is doing. he claims he loves me and would never do anything to hurt me but i dont know. i miss him terribly but my daughter doesnt need a fuck up for a father. I love him so much. What should I do? HELP
Dear Paige,
Think about what you are saying here. He is indeed messing up his life - HAS messed it up. You need to examine why you "love" this man, and what you are doing involved with him at all. Whatever his problem is, you cannot fix it. He needs to get himself straightened out. Your daughter doesn't need this - and neither do you.
