okay so to answer my question i guess you will need to know the background on me: i play field hockey and lacrosse for my high school, never had a real boyfriend, i'm a junior in high school, a good girl, never embarrassed, not afraid to be crazy, not a shy person until i want to talk to a guy i like that i dont really know, i think i'm pretty and my friends do ( 5'5, dirty blond long hair highlights, skinny, nice curves ) yeah all that not to b conceded but i still cant get guys at my school and its cause i guess guys at my school only like "easy" girls
so heres my dilemma theres this guy in half my classes that i sit next to in one and hes cute totally my type but i guess unlike me really shy, hes smart too and other than that i don't really no too much about him. I cant tell if he really like me but it was weird cause last year we made eye contact in the hallways even though i had no idea who he was and we still look at each other this year but never talk. What can i do? thanks for your help

Dear Allie,
Well, why don't you talk to him?  Just a light starting conversation, and you have plenty to talk about being in the same classes.  Other than that, there's nothing you can do with a guy.  Doesn't matter if he's "shy" or not, if he's interested, he'll make a move.  That's the way guys are.  Just say "hi" and ask him about homework or something and see what happens.

And don't worry about the "easy" thing - It's not worth being "easy" in high school just to get "dates."  Things will get better in college and the guy who's right for you will appreciate all your fine qualities, including that you conduct yourself like a lady!!
