QUESTION: Hi Susan,

Every single guy I like is being stolen away by other women. The moment I like a guy, other women get really competitive and get to him first. They are very aggressive, and they are asking him out, getting his number, taking him out for dates, and having sex with him very fast. And all of these women end up married to these men too...so it's not that it is a quick fling, what they're doing is working.

What should I do?

You say not to approach the man, let the man do all the work... but the men just get snatched up by other women. They won't wait to ask me out!

QUESTION: I'm 30. How long do I have to wait for the right one? And how do I meet the right one? School, work?

Many men are attracted to me...but they're all 19 ... way too young.

Do you have any ideas on how to meet men? I don't like the online stuff...

You can meet him literally anywhere.  You have to make it a high priority though.  Why would you eliminate the online sites?  They are very efficient - and in some cases, effective.  Go out where the people your age go.  Ask around.  Join some things, like a church.  Have an open attitude ... don't go out there with a "list" - be willing to meet men and consider what it's like to be with them, rather than their credentials.  It's getting to be time to get married, so get in there and get busy.

This would be an excellent time to INVEST in dating coaching, because there are obviously things you are doing that don't work - and things you could be doing that do work, and this has to be examined on an individual basis.
