Hi, there is a guy at workplace,  it has been an year, we know each other, initially he used to flirt with me try to get my attention, he used to always ask to drop me home and go with me when I have to go out for work during office hrs etc.
We were never able to talk so easily, when we meet or on phone like we talk to other friends of ours and other guy or girls v met in our life,
We tried hard to talk on phone and messages but things never happened, it  used to get mess up as in we used end talking crap, and one day we concluded  we can’t talk so we never called each other after that.
But we told each other that we like each other a lot. We still talk but it’s very on and off,

He once told me that he has a girl but he is with her because she got pregnant because of him. I never asked about her or anything because I was broken when he told me that.

And he still said he likes me. He once said I wish I would have met u before things wouldn’t have been so complicated. I couldn’t say anything to him because I was broken, I tried to forget him but couldn't I used to see him every day at work, he once asked me for a hug n I didn’t replied, he asked me y n I got angry n said I didn’t wanted to reply.

For some time we didn’t talk then he was shifted to other branch we almost stopped talking n now he is back.

We meet every day at work we look at each other, talk in between just small talks, and stare at each other pass smiles. He always compliments me. He even asked me to look at him because he wants to see my smile.

Yesterday I told him how much I want to spend time with him n like him,

I don’t know if he feels the same now, because he doesn’t say but he stares at me if I m around, he don’t ask to meet in breaks, when I ask him to meet for coffee break he seems excited to be with me, he talk n talks about his friends n people around and everything. We never talk about us.
he says he wants to be with me but dont have time because of work and studies as he is preparing of gmat.
I want to be with him all the time. I love him. I don’t know what he wants, I don’t know what to do.

I give advice about life-long relationships. It doesn't sound like this guy is the man you want for a life-long relationships, because there are too many problems with it. Be friends at work. Find someone else for a lover who can hopefully become a life-long partner.
