So I went on a date with this guy last Sunday and I thought the date went really well. We really had a nice date. He hasn't taken a girl out on a date in a long while. Then the date is over he tole me to call him later. I call him later no answer and he never calls me back. During the week I sent him a text message and I got no response so finally Sun. I get a call from him talking bout he really likes me and he don't want to sweat me and thing but I'm like I called you I sent you a text message and you didn't respond to me. The guy is cool and everything but he likes to talk about sex he already cleared that up and I don't mind talking about it. He has really good conversation besides that as well. I just don't know about this guy, is he really interested or just trying to get in good to get in my pants?

First, let's clear this up: yes, he wants to get into your pants. That's not a bad thing however. What you don't understand (because it's different for you) is that men use sex as a way to bridge into the emotional aspects of relationships. Until we get the physical part out of the way, the emotional never comes.

This is why he seems focused on sex right now.

Yes, he's interested in you, but until you get the sex out of the way, he's not likely to move any closer to what you want.

You didn't mention how long it was between contacts, but just be aware that it's very common for some guys to take a week to two weeks to respond.
