i have a huge crush on a guy in my college ,i realy like him and i some how feel that even he likes me because he keeps staring at me whenever he gets a chance but still i cant be sure.he is my senier so i dont get much chance to talk to him.i want to tell him how i feel but i am realy scared of being rejected or making him feel that i a very needy.please help me out so that he approaces me first

Why do you want to take things this far to tell him how you feel about him? Why not simply break the ice and let him do the rest?
A simple "hello" is all you really need. If you start saying hello to him when you see him or pass him in the halls, etc. - and make it a habit, you open the door so that he can approach you.
If you do this a few times and he doesn't pick up on it (sometimes, us guys are pretty thick about these things!) then escalate it a little by asking him something about class. Take an assignment and ask him for his opinion on it or the professor or something.
This gives him an excuse to talk to you - and gets the ball rolling.
