How to Attract the Man of Your Dreams/Amazing Girl

Question
hello, so I'm taking this girl on a date in a couple weeks. (she is a busy girl) i know her from work. i am 21 and she will be 22 soon. so i know first dates and all are supposed to be about getting to know eachother and all, so I'm wondering if this is ok. I live by the ocean, so i was thinking about going for dinner at the beach, and going for a nice walk after. but i like to be a little different. should i just dress nicely and stick to that idea, or do you think it may be better to have some fun, wear some shorts and sandals and try some skim boarding? it would be easy to say this girl is out of my league, but i wont say that. but she is AMAZING, and i don't want to mess anything up. so what do you think? thanks.

Answer
Hi Mark,

I like that you are putting so much thought into this date and that you like to set yourself apart.  The best thing to do is consider what she would like to do.  Is she athletic?  Does she like a challenge or learning something new?  Has she been before?  You might just want to throw a few questions out there to see how receptive she is.

On the other hand, consider whether or not you can really get to know each with that kind of activity.  You want her to get to know you not just another sport.  Maybe a meal after if she's open to it.

I hope this helps,

I answer questions about how to identify what you want in a mate, developing intimacy (not just physical), how to stay away from losers, how to stop doormat dating, and knowing when to let go of a relationship. Too many people stumble into dating without really knowing what works best for them. Going about it this way is a long and painful process for some, but knowing what you really want is half the battle. After all, if you don't know where you are going, how will you know how to get there. I'm here to help you determine what you want and to help you be your best to achieve it.
