I am a placement student in my 30s and I have a few weeks left. for this I work for the council and meet business owners to help them with their management systems. I have met a guy that I really like during this, 6 times in 4 months,the first few times I went he offered me a job at his business, can't tell if he is flirting etc.., as they are just the two of us in the office. the other times he starts to make small talk as I am about to leave about himself, hobbies .once when I phoned him my dog barked and so he asked questions about my dog, the last time I saw him he told me where he walks his dogs and that his dogs are friendly, explaining that I know where he lives as I pass this on my way to work in the office, he lives about 4 km away. do I take the dog for a walk with his? or was he just being friendly or does he seem interested in me, as i am in him.

Dear Keri,

I don't ever recommend pursuing a man.  Whatever this guy has in mind (and it's never good when their behavior confuses you), he knows you name and how to get hold of you and if he is interested, and wants to ask you out, he will.  

I don't encourage making it easy for him, like showing up where he walks his dog.  Nope!!  If he wants to date you, he's got to do better than that.  After all, you're interested in more than just palling around, aren't you.
