Hey Lanay, I will b 25yrs old on the 23rd of June Happy B-day me =)im bless & Happy a lovin single parent 2 a cute 3yr adorable son. so I say 2 myself what's the problem da problem is im single !  I have dated & dated untill im just fed up. meetin da same men its gud n da beginning & end sour. All I get out of it is "sex" how do I put out what I want & need witout runnin the guy away ? when will I eva find da man of my dreams ? Y do me hav sex & leave ? I really like dis guy he wuz so sweetie bringin me flowers everythin I didn't sleep wit him right away but when we did everythin STOP & all he called for wuz 4 sex I  got fed up & tex him sayin I didn't want 2 b a bootycall & let him go im tired of being loney =(

Hi Christina,

First of all, good for you.  Don't put up with being used for sex.  Second, you have plenty of time to find the person that is right for you.  Don't rush.  Be patient and have faith that you will find the right guy for you.  Third, I've been where you are and the key to getting past getting used is to know what you want.   You have to know what you want in order to be able to see it.  Set to the task of defining what kind of guy you want.

Answer these questions for yourself first then answer them in relation to the type of man you want.

What does I want out of life?
Where do I want to live?
What values do I respect and live by?
What characteristics are important to me?
What are the deal breakers that turn me off?

Knowing yourself is the key to knowing what you want in someone else.
