How to Attract the Man of Your Dreams/Why was he so interested?

Question
Hello,

I went to the mall on Friday at 8 pm and I met this guy at one of those spine assessment booth things, you know those people who stand at the booths in shopping malls, salesmen people who hand out pamphlets, etc.

This guy was really cute, my age, and very kind and polite. Didn't seem like a bozo or player, definitely the kind of guy you could take home to meet Mom. The marrying kind. So he checked my spine and we started talking.

He was a chiropractor doing his residency and I'm in my last year of med school so we had a lot in common to talk about.

He asked for my number, and my address (why my address?). Then he gave me his work email, private email, instant messenger, house landline number, office phone number, and cell phone number (all those numbers and emails? wow...ok). He said he was teaching a nutrition class on Tuesday and I should come.

He was talking to me...on and on..and on and on...he wasn't talking to any of the other people who were signing up. Other elderly people rolled their eyes at the two of us young, attractive people yakking away ...on and on...totally ignoring everyone else... and left. Kind of funny.

He said "Today's Friday. Call me tonight (Friday night) and let me know if you can make it on Tuesday, I want to talk to you later tonight and we can discuss at length"

I was thinking, ok wow...I've never had a man be this accessible with contacting...LOL.

He said he had developed a vitamin strawberry smoothie drink mix that his patients use, it was expensive but he would make one for me for free if I came on Tuesday.

Then he said "My wife and daughter love the drink, strawberry is their favorite flavor."

WHAT ON EARTH?!?!? ok I'm so confused...

Was he interested in me, or just being a salesman? Because he didn't sell me anything, this a free event, also he didn't have to have a certain amount of people signed up or anything, so it's not like he had to be engaging as a salesman, it was just him and no boss around.

Why all those personal contact info and asking me to call him late on Friday night?

He didn't seem like a seducer or a jerk...he was totally professional and not flirtatious at all... is it possible that I'm just reading too much into this, and this guy was just clueless as to where to draw the line of what is appropriate for a married guy?

Answer
Hello Amy!

Wait a minute. You didn't get his blood type or his mother's maiden name? What's the world coming to???

This guy appears to be married. Do you really care what he wanted or didn't want? Are you really considering dating him anyway? Frankly, it sounds like he was just being a salesperson, but then, maybe he's looking for a little action on the side. Obviously, the only one that knows that is him.

Best regards...
