Hey,

I've been getting tutored by this guy for a couple of weeks now.  I really like him.  However, I don't have that many opportunities to talk to him and attract him because most of the time he is helping me with my physics.  Is there a silent way of attracting him or some way to break a non-physics conversation with him?

there must be some moments either before or after where you can ask him something personal like what he does in his spare time?, does he date?, etc...looking him right in the eye, along with a half-smile, can't hurt either..at some point, when you feel quite confident, you could just tell him that he seems like a real nice guy, and you were wondering if there was a way you could get to know each other better outside of the tutoring...don't let your anxiety prevent you from expressing yourself, and remember, nothing ventured, nothing gained...az
