Question
There is a boy i like, he is one year older than me, so 15, and lives down the road from me. We go to the same school, but obviously are not in the same classes, i see him around sometimes at school, but we don't really hang out. I see him mainly when we walk home from school sometimes in the warmer weather, and we have a good hour or two to chat. Other than that its hard to communicate with him, a bit like inside west-side story! Because we are in different groups, he's more on the chavvy side and if i were anything i would be kind of emo (but not quite!). I often have his close friends coming up to me and asking me if I like him 'coz he likes me, and although i've told no one, it seems the whole school knows my feelings. I think he knows how i feel, but he talks to me etc. he seems quite shy around me, but is still funny and friendly. He gives mixed signals a lot though. All I want to know is if it seems like he likes me, and/or how i can make him like me more and eventually should I ask him out or should I wait for him?

You can't make someone like you ... but here you have a great opportunity because you get to be around him and at least talk to him sometimes.  Keep being friendly and see what happens.  You'll feel better if he makes the first move -- if he feels that way.  He sounds like he does things slowly, and you might interrupt his thoughts if you ask him out first.
