It seems I get caught in a vicious cycle attracting loosers with problems and helping them. and so quick to forgive after they have cheated on me,done me wrong,etc. I need help.

Yes you do.  

You know you're in a mess and are taking responsibility for it, so that's the first -- and the most important step. Many people never reach that point, and therefore remain "victims" with unpleasant lives until its way too late.  So, congratulations.
