She doesn't see you as a potential partner, she sees you as some horny guy that's in a hurry! You didn't bother to establish any rapport with her at all and went right in for the goods.
You need to spend some time giving her some reasons to consider you as a partner. Start building some rapport and connection. Spend some time with her and create some history together (and get pictures of it if you can) to show her how you look together.
