How to Attract the Man of Your Dreams/How to know hes interested

Question
Theres a guy whom i see quite often in our small town, we are both in our thirties and divorced with children approximately same age. When we see each other i feel something like he might be interested, if he drives by my house when i am outside he will look back as he drives away. How do i know if he is interested and just to shy to ask me out? I don't think i can ask him out and not feel weird at our children's events. Or should I?

Well, it sounds like he's interested enough to do a double-take, but not quite up to asking you out ... yet. Guys know what to do and how to do it. If he wanted to ask you out, wild horses couldn't keep him away.
When he makes up his mind, he'll find a way.
My advice is don't ask him out, for the reason you list, and others. It always works better if the guy takes the lead.
I have an inkling he likes you. It sounds sweet. I hope it works out. In the meantime, be a "lady in waiting," and I emphasize "lady."
