Question
Hello, I saw this guy around my local mall a few times a couple of months ago and totally fell for him!! I decided that the next time i saw him i would attempt to approach him and strike a conversation and ask him out. This was indeed a very brave decision for me as i have never asked anyone out before, actually i myself have never been asked out before. Well i didn't see him for a while and then i was watching TV and i discovered that he was very well know in my country as he is the captain of the countries rugby team!! Now i don't know what to do as i'm not excatly a great looking girl and he must be used to having beautiful girls asking him out all the time. The problem is the more that i learn about him, the more i like him! Should i make a complete prat out of myself and approach him the next time i see him, or should i leave it? He is truly my dream guy but the task has become a lot harder since i found out who he is. Am i kiddin myself by trying to get with someone who is so clearly out of my league? I really need your advice as my friends know who is and think that i'm stupid for thinking that i would have a chance with such a well known person. Thankyou so much.x.x
Dear Rachael,
Why don't you start by finding a way to strike up a conversation with him and see what happens. That way you can find out a bit more about him and if he's a nice guy. If he's interested in you, he'll take the next step.
