I have a problem there is a guy at work who is totally hot. I don't really know him although we did spend a few hours alone for a work related project. He is a supervisor, but that does not matter at our job, there are many couples that work here who are now married. The problem is I don't know how to tell him i am interested. thanks in advance for your help.

Such a nice dillema, as you get to be around him a lot.  I think at this point you can be very subtle about it.  Think about it - how do you know when someone likes you?  What makes you want to be around someone? I like someone whose face lights up when they see me, or who gives me a big smile when I walk in the room.  Someone who notices little things or does little things.  

It works better if the man is in the lead, so just keep being yourself, doing your job, and enjoying it when you're with him.  

The girls say, "touch him."  Sounds like you have a comfortable office (in some offices any sort of touching is forbideen),  so, just let's say you pass him in the hall, and have a chat "Hi, how's your day going?"  Then say, "Really great tie, Tim" and reach out and touch his wrist or upper arm.  Keep it in the GP13 range.  I've seen that work.  

Use his name when you talk to him.  "Tim, I was wondering..."

A little more eye contact than usual.  Holding it a second longer, but then look away.  It's the "motion" that attracts men - the hunter, you know.  So look down like a coquettish little girl.
