How to Attract the Man of Your Dreams/wanting him back

Question
Hey this guy and i weren't dating but we close to dating.  One night i invited to this party that was being thrown for me for my birthday.  He ended flirting and hitting up in one of my so called friends.  We have recently just started talking again and i really want him back.  Is it wrong for me to want him back?  How could I do this?

Answer
Well, taking your question at face value ... think about this carefully. Are you just one of those girls who can't resist a challenge?  Why would you want someone who is crude enough to come to your birthday party and hit on one of your so-called friends?  It's not a good plan in life to want what you can't have.  But we do.  Kind of human nature, but one of those things you want to use your head about.

If you do decide to take him on, make him prove himself.

There's no "right" or "wrong" here but rather what works and makes sense, and what doesn't.  This guy came to your birthday party and hit on your friend.

Phooey on him!

There's someone better out there for you.
