A girl working at a store that I frequent seems to have a thing for me, she's asked another girl working there about me whom we both know. She appears flirtatious when she talks to me but I hardly know her. Apparently a guy walked in who looked like me and thinking it was me, she got excited and said, "There's that guy again!" to her female coworker. Under any other circumstances, given the signs I mentioned this would be my signal to move in and ask her to hang out or party except for the fact that she's 19 and I'm only 17. Even though she seems into me i cannot get past the idea that an older girl would possibly be into me. I'm fairly goodlooking and act older than I am, also a lot of the people I hang out with are older than me and older than her for that matter. Could this be what I hope it is and if so how should i go about showing my interest in return?

If you're going to let age limit you, there's not much I can say. Dating is already a mental game, why are you adding even more pressure to it with such a non-issue?

Of course you should invite her out. Go in there and just tell her that you don't want her to get in trouble when she's at work. Then tell her to write down her number and you'll call her later.

Next, give her about 3-4 days and call her up for a real date.
