Hi Dr Neder
I am male 24. Although i wont consider myself shy but i do not have confidence to speak with women. Firstly whenever i used to speak with women they used to talk but then just never talk back again. By this i started losing my confidence and by now whenever i see a women i say to myself what's the use she doesnt want to be seen with me. Although i am not fat or bad looking but i am very short just 5'5 which i think maybe the reason. One of my friends suggested to try reverse psychology and do the opposite of whatever i would actually do in that situation. So now  whenever i see a women i strike a conversation no matter what i make it a point to say something. But i have no clue what to do next. These small talks are leading me nowhere. Please tell me as i am really frustrated.

Hello Paul!

First of all, great job for not letting your lack of confidence keep you from having what you deserve. Yes, I know this can be frustrating! Here you are trying to break out of this mold only to find that you don't have the tools you need to take it further.

The approach isn't difficult, but there are a number of things to it that you need to know and understand. Unfortunately, I can't train you in all the approach elements that you need to know via one or even one hundred of these messages. But, then, I don't have to. All of the information is contained in my books, "Being a Man in a Woman's World I & II" and I strongly encourage you check them out on my website.

What I can tell you is that this is a process of "conversion". Conversion is pretty simple: moving things from one step to the next. You convert from the initial sighting of your target to the approach. Then, you convert to the opener, then building rapport and connection, then the close. Next you convert to dates, sex and relationships. Each of these has their own considerations.

Now, think about this: once you really understand how these things happen and what works (from what doesn't), do you really think you're going to lack confidence when approaching women? Of course not! The only piece you're lacking is education. Any man of any height can get that!
