I have liked this girl for about 3 years and i have gotten to know her pretty well, she attractive, fairly funny with a good sense of humor however she is shy which is not a problem for me and we dated for a short while however it didn't last and now she is attracting guys left right and center. They are from the year above and I'm worried she will completely forget about me and i will slip into the friendship zone. I think i could make more of an effort its just i get overwhelmingly shy when i talk to her i am normally a fairly confident person who is always making jokes with my mates and i don't know what happens to me with her can you give me some advice on how to regain confidence with her and also regain her interest and keep it?

What do you mean "will slip". You HAVE slipped into the friend-zone. You've already dated this girl and it obviously didn't go anywhere. Now you want to try again and I'm afraid you're just too late.

Ryan, you have to move things forward when you have the chance. If you don't you lose those chances.

You don't have to believe me, but I've seen this so many times I can't count them anymore.
