I sent her a love email 2-3 weeks back, no reply. Maybe she's shy or whatever the reason was, well many things happened between me in the past and I still believe she likes me, to make things short, I decided to try the last resort and talk to her on the phone as if not a lover at least a good friend, I really value my friendship with her. What should I tell her on the phone and this truly is the last resort and I would not like to screw it up. They say there are some ways to talk to a girl on the phone. So is there any hints how to do it?

So it sounds like you two have a past together.  But here's the thing, you can't control what response she will or won't give you.  I don't know her story so I can't give you advice on her.  But I believe it's always important to be open and honest with people.  Let her know how you feel and her response will give you your answer.
