Hi,
I'm 16 and I'm having problems asking this girl out. Here's the situation, i have known this girl since 5th grade and i i recently became interested in her 2 years ago, but we were both in relationships, now we are both available, and we are kind of friends, i talk to her every day but i can't seem to find the courage to ask her out. I have been in many relationships but they were all mostly out side of school so i didn't know them so if i got rejected it wouldn't matter so that made me more confident which lead to me not getting rejected and getting a girl friend. But I'm finding it harder to ask this girl out because if she says no then it will be awkward in school and i don't want to lose her as a friend. so i wanted to get her to like me but i don't know how to get her to. I need some advice on how to attract her so i can feel more confident when i ask her out, and i also am not sure how to go about asking her(like what to say, how to say it), if you need some more info about my situation or about her just ask.
and help would be appreciated.

Hello Allen,

You want it all ways, don't you? Well you are going to have to do some work.

The best way to "ask her out" without rejection is to not ask her out. Just find out what she likes to do by talking to her about it over time. Commiting yourself to taking the girl out and bribing her may not lead to where you might expect. But the more unconventional approach may get you what you want.
