im 18 years old and am a senior in high school.  i really want to be able to meet girls. how do i do it? im shy and its almost impoosible for me to start conversations. what do i do?

Hello John!

You make a decision. What is it you want in your life? Do you want to be alone or do you want to be able to meet great girls and have incredible relationships.

John, it's all about a simple decision.

Up until now you've been deciding that your excuse of "being shy" is a reasonable one and that's the reason why you can't meet girls. The problem is that it's just a decision - not an excuse! You've DECIDED that you're shy and that's why you can't have what you want.

Until you change that decision, there's nothing I or anyone else can do for you. We can't snap our fingers and have girls magically appear for you. You're going to have to dump the beliefs that aren't getting you what you want and START getting what you want instead.

You should also know that everyone is "shy" - it's not your sole and exclusive ailment! The difference is that other guys have made other decisions. You've chosen to stick by yours.

As soon as you do change this however, all of a sudden, the world opens up to you. How do I know this? Simple: I had to make that decision myself many years ago. It was tough, so I understand what you're going through, but the rewards have been far beyond what I could ever hope for.
