Question
If i catch a girl looking at me and she instantly looks away, is she checking me out ? Also, if i walk pass a girl in the steet, and her eyes look at me from head to toe in seconds - is this another sign from all girls ???
Would girls do this if they saw an attractive guy ?

Yeah, she's checkin' you out. The problem is that's not your question. Your question is whether she's interested in you or not. Her looking at you (as the only signal) is NOT enough information to say whether she's interested in you or not.

Looking at you from head to toe is a VERY SLIGHT signal - but again, not enough. Women will look at you and then, check your shoes. Your shoes say more about you (to girls) than anything else.

The problem is that none of the signals by themselves is enough, but the far, far bigger problem is that you're not doing anything about any of this!

It doesn't matter whether she's attracted to you first. What DOES matter is that you could have created interest in any of these girls (by walking over and saying hello) and you wasted the opportunity.
