Hi,my name is Robby,and I am going into 9th grade.There is a camp,and in it is a girl that I have known since the 4th grade.There is this kid that already likes her,but I like her a lot.How do I get her to like me?

Hey Robby!

Are you friends with this girl at all? Do you guys talk, and is she enthusiastic to see you at all?

Next time you are together, guage her reaction towards you. Then you can mention "hey I'm getting a bite to eat, want to join me?"

See in that way...it looks like you are just asking her out as a friend...in case she says no, it's no big deal then.

If she says yes, take it from there :) And try to get her number or instant messenger or something to talk to her. That way, you can keep on asking her out.

You gotta take action fast though, you've got competition!!!

And big whoop, if it doesn't work out with this girl, or you lose her to that other idiot, oh well...doesn't matter, you'll meet like a million other girls in the next few years. Just wait until you get to college :)
