Question QUESTION: Well now the married guy is sending me tons of crazy text messages and following me around campus. He's really brazen.

QUESTION: Question.
Let's say a woman just met a guy, you two seemed to click, so you exchanged phone numbers. And then he said he'd call you.
And then that night he called 5 times when he knew she was at work and couldn't answer, and left several voicemail messages over and over and over.
Dennis is that a red flag? I mean, wouldn't an average guy only call once, and not five times, especially the first night right after he met a lady?
Do people like this tend to be clingy?

Strange as it may seem, no, it's not a warning flag by itself. It may turn you off, but in fact, the guy probably just doesn't know what he's doing. Seriously!
Many guys believe they have to express their interest in you in some grandiose way. They may buy you a large, inappropriate gift on the first date, or they may call you insistently. They may even try to contact your friends or send you an overly-mushy note, etc.
The reality is that many guys simply don't get the relationship training that you girls do and they just knee-jerk react to their own feelings.
This also doesn't necessarily mean he's going to be clingy either! In fact, he may just see this as his investment up-front and as soon as you start dating him, he could get "normal" or even scarce.
