i have just spilt up with a girl that i really like, and i know she really likes me, and we spilt up just out of the blue her reasons for spiltting up were because she thinks in the long run she would be better off alone and is refusing to let me be a part of her life. how do i convince her that i am the rite man for her and shes better off happy wiv me rather then sad and on her own?

I'm afraid her reason isn't the REAL reason. She doesn't believe that she'd be better off alone. She feels she'd be better off without YOU.
The answer is that you don't convince her of anything. You can't do that. She has to convince herself.
I strongly urge you to start dating as many other women as you can find right away. Unless she really believes she's lost you, she's never going to miss you. More important, even if she doesn't come to that realization, you'll already be dating other women.
Either way, you win.
