Hi Dr Neder
I am male 24. I like a girl who works in my company. We dont speak much as she is another department. But sometimes i see her she stares at me for some seconds and hen looks away. dont remembering her smiling. neither do i.
Anywayz through a common friend i heard that she thinks i am cute. Now i am confused does she means cute as in brad pitt cute and hot or cute as in babies. I just dont want to go and talk to her to find out she thinks of me as a baby child. Please help me

How in the hell should I know what sort of cute she thinks you are?
What's even more important is: what in the hell does it matter? Answer: it doesn't matter in the least!
Go talk to the girl and go right into your close. Tell her that you and she should get to know each other better outside of work and
to give you her digits. Then, tell her to clear up Friday night after work as you and she are going to go get a drink or coffee or a
bagel or a fruit cup or whatever.
Then, turn on the charm!
