i am a student of university and i like a girl of another department.
i want to make a frendship with a with her. she is lady of my dreams.i love her very much.i have talked to her one or two times but i have not told her that i love her because it is very difficult to convey a message of love to one which we love.
it is very difficult to sleeo at night for me because whole night i thinks for her

Hello Waqas!

No, you don't want to "make a friendship" with her. You want something more. Don't confuse the two. If you become her friend, you'll never be anything else to her. Women don't date - or marry - their "friends".

Further, you don't love this girl. You don't even know her! Don't give her all this power over you. You need to be the one with the power here, and she wants that too - trust me.

Since you're both going to school together, you have a reason to meet her. I call that "context". It's great that you've talked to her a few times. Now you have something of a connection.

The very next time you see this girl, go up to her and say "hi". Then, talk about class or school or something you both have in common. Even better: get HER to start talking about it by asking her a question like, "What do you think of that assignment?" or "How do you like that instructor?"

After a few minutes just say, "Well, I have to run but we need to get together sometime outside of class and talk. Clear up next weekend and let's have coffee."

It's really that simple.
