Dr. Neder,

I am 20 yrs old and in college. My friends always seem to get girls and go home with them and I don't. I'm not shy or nervous it just seems like I have no luck. I guess I could talk to girls in my classes more but what do I ask them if I'm interested. What do you suggest I do?

Hello Nate!

This is simply a skill like any other. You don't know how the game is played and thus, you have no success. It's really that simple.

The good news is that it's not that difficult to learn! Approach skills are one of those things that will help you the rest of your life by the way, and there's no better time than right now to gain them.

Let me offer you this overview however:

You can approach women anywhere, anytime if you know how the game is played. In fact, once you learn, it's a ton of fun! You only need a handful of basic skills to get started:

1) What women are good choices to approach?
2) Where do you find these women?
3) How to you set-up and execute the initial approach?
4) How do you build rapport and connection quickly with these girls?
5) How do you close for what you want? (Digits, dates, sex, etc.)

Once you learn these basic skills the entire "world of women" opens up to you. I suggest you get started learning them!
