I am 24 and there is this insanely attractive girl that works at the same mall I do. I work as a salesman at a kiosk that is fairly close to her store. she walks by my kiosk frequently unfortunately all I have time for is a quick "Hey how are you doing today?" smile and she always replies. One time she said hello to me when I was talking to potential customers---almost lost the sale because my jaw was on the floor.haha. Anyways I don't even know her name. What do you think would be the best way to approach her? I am thinking about saying something funny like telling her the fact that we have said hi to eachother so many times and I we don't even know eachother's names is kind of a problem for me then I will extend my hand and tell her my name. With a smile ofcourse.

I teach a large number of approaches, but the simplest and quickest is called the "context approach".
Basically it works like this: Answer a simple question: "what do she and I have in common at this place, at this time, in this situation?" Your answer to that simple question is the "context" for your approach.
Obviously, you both work at the mall. There's enough context right there to approach her. You can walk right up to her - or even chase her down after she walks by you - and say, "Hey there Mall Rat! [with a joking delivery] You know, I don't even know your name! I'm James." Then, put out your hand to shake hers and let her give you her name.
Spend about 5 minutes building some quick rapport and connection. Find out where she works, what she does, etc. Finally, close just a little too soon (when things are at a high point) and say, "Well, I need to get back to work. Here, write down your number and I'll call you so we can do this again some time."
How freakin' easy is that???
