The problem with your question is the very foundation and premise of it. You think there are specific words that work. If that were true, I'd be out of a job!
Calvin, there are no such words. You don't walk up to a girl say something and have her fall in love with you. That's just ridiculous.
What you do is build attraction by first building rapport and connection. Here's how it works:
1) initial attraction + rapport and connection = attraction
2) attraction + safety and security + more connection = love
