Ive just met a girl that im extremely interested in, i dont know if she likes me back, and i dont know her that well, but i wanted to see if you had any tips on how to get the ball rolling? like whether trying to speak to her, or wait for her to speak to me? etc. as im very shy when it comes to women.

It doesn't matter one lick if she's interested in you or not. You can create interest and attraction.

Yes, Absolutely you have to talk to her! She's not going to do your work for you - trust me.

Approaching a woman isn't difficult at all. While there are many ways to do this one of the best is "context". This is actually very simple: just think of what you and she have in common at any particular place at any particular time and in any particular situation. That is your "context" and your reason to go break the ice.

Next, don't believe you're going to make her fall in love with you from an opening line. That's a huge mistake many guys make. Instead you want to draw her out to find out about her. This builds rapport and connection. Finally, you need to "close" (for digits, a date, etc.) just a little too soon.
