Sry, Dr, my english is not good, coz i'm a asian. I need ur help. The girl who I met is a white asian. Now, I always text her. When I call her, I feel very shy. Last night, we have dinner together in my frd's birthday party, and feed(I'm not sure this word is suitable) her food, then she feed me back. And she always put her hands on my leg, I touched her hands like 2sec, she hadn't take back. The other thing is she told me she feel shy sometimes with me and just me. She's single like 6 months.
I think I fall in love with her, and I really dont know how to do? I just keep in touch her, or I tell her I love her. By the way, she's 23 years old.

First of all, you absolutely HAVE TO get off the texting!!! Texting makes you take all the emotion out of what you say and reduces it to 140 characters of fact - no feeling. No relationship that isn't already established can survive that!

I don't care if you're "shy" - you need to stop hiding behind the texting if you ever want a chance with this girl.

More important, she's obvious interested in you. What do you have to be shy about? You need to move this forward. Set your goal, see it clearly and move toward it. Call this girl up today and invite her to have dinner or to meet for coffee or something this next week.
