i love a girl. she is 3 years older than me. Now we just talk sometime only. She is not very good frnd of mine. Everytime i think about her???

Ah yes. The #1 most common question I get from men from India. The old, "I'm in love with her and want to propose marriage" question.
Of course, you really don't know this girl. You haven't formed any sort of relationship other than to "...talk sometimes..." and you expect her to accept a proposal of marriage? With what?
Vaibhav, you've a ton of work yet to do! You can't just talk to her on occasion and have her feel chemistry for you. You need to BUILD that chemistry.
Instead of jumping into a proposal of marriage, why not invite her out to get to know you (and you her)? Get to know each other and build rapport and connection with her so that there's actually a REASON to propose first. See if there's really a connection between you two.
That's called "dating" by the way and yes, I know that many people in India don't do that. How curious do you think she'll be when a great guy like you actually wants to build something rather than just jumping into a proposal?
Don't worry about the age difference. Age is a number - nothing more. The heart can't count.
